About Us
Le Chat Caffe is a family run business, situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
David & Barbara Cauvin have set this venture up with the aim to provide customers with fresh speciality coffees and teas, delicious homemade snacks and service that is warm, friendly and second to none.
This mobile espresso van has been converted to an extremely high standard which is fit for this purpose and is also a fantastic looking van both inside and out.
The staff working on the van are all family and are fully trained baristas with the relevant qualifications in food health & hygiene, we also carry the required public & product liability and are registered with the local council.
We are also registered members of NCASS, the Nationwide Caterers Assosiation.
